gb flag it flag Messina Brewery’s brewers, new bioplastics turn a waste into a resource

They are the basis of the circular economy process put in place with the LIFE RESTART project. Waste from the brewing process that Birrificio Messina, a partner in the project, would otherwise have had to dispose of, at material and environmental cost. Instead, entirely organic, green, compostable plastics are produced with the brewers.
