In Roccavaldina, the 'Zero Factory' is ready. The visiting partners
In Roccavaldina, the installation of the factory that will produce the new green bioplastics from the beer processing waste of the Messina Brewery has been completed.
The first in the world of this type of completely original compound is the result of research by the Department of Engineering of the University of Messina and Crossing, a spin-off of the Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems of the Cà Foscari University of Venice, coordinated by the Messina Foundation.
The ‘Zero Factory’ will be managed by the EcosMed social cooperative.
